July 2024 – The following is a list of feature updated that have recently been introduced and added to the ServiceNow Connector for 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards. Adding support for OAuth authentication.

Adding support for “REST Aggregate API” from ServiceNow for enhanced support of custom calculations.

Task List Grid:

  • Renamed column ‘Due Time’ to ‘Due Date’
  • Added Parameter ‘Table’ (from Table API),
  • Added Parameter ‘Assignment Group’

Task State KPI now also offers these parameters:

  • Tasks – Closed,
  • Tasks – Longest Waiting,
  • Tasks – Created,
  • Tasks – Opened

Parameters “Priority” and “State” now receive values from ServiceNow – so options are available as checkboxes for selection in 2Ring interface.
