Prospective customers are encouraged to subscribe to 2Ring Software Products via Cisco Systems, Inc. using 2Ring-Self-Hosted Subscription model:
Customers with an active and paid Support Coverage plan (2Ring.com/SupportTerms) will continue to receive support from 2Ring support team until termination date of their current support coverage. Please review the following tables:

All valid support contracts will be honored to their expiration date. At least 60 days prior the contract’s expiration date, 2Ring will reach out to the end-customer with details for their transition from 2Ring Perpetual Model to 2Ring Self-Hosted Subscription Model.
