The 2Ring Connector for MS Dynamics 365 uplifts agents’ interaction handling experience. This Connector uses MS Dynamics 365 data to identify callers, and automatically create an interaction activity record (with a link to Calabrio® Call Recording) for each inbound and outbound call. 2Ring Soft-phone lives inside of the MS Dynamics 365 interface, and it enables full call control experience, as well as displays CallVariables with additional info about agent’s current call. Configurable action buttons allow agents to trigger multiple custom workflows and automations. Simple access to external address-books and speed-dial buttons is supported to streamline consult calls and transfers.
